I suspect there is a load of pork for special vested interests in that bill, hence the rush to get it approved now that Trump has been elected. Typically congress can't agree on much of anything and now they are in a big rush....Big pharma was Hillary's bailiwick. Maybe Trump should be taking credit if it passes.
