Complete these steps first

Uplist to OTCQB
REDUCE A/S by 1.25 to 2 billion
Complete 3 x treble law suits ( 90M )
Secure Contracts, License, OEM, Enterprise
Cash flow positive
Eliminate debt

Once these steps are complete, and they could happen faster than anticipated, then do a RS for all the right reasons.

Demonstrate a strong company with solid Financials First.
This will take some time. certainly moving in the right direction.
