I think we can get 0.02 by the middle of January if two things happen.
1st, Obama needs to go ahead and reschedule MJ to schedule 2.
2nd, we need to see positive reactions/results from when the new laws go into effect after January 1, 2017.
If, and I realize the first one is a big IF, they happen then I see 0.02 very easily in January.
