APPEALS COURT JUDGES KILL THIS TROLL TOMORROW! Sell early and sell often my friends. The appeals court is a rubber stamp on the district courts decision if it is well reasoned which this one truly is if you actually bothered to read it. It is AIR TIGHT. Appeals courts do not simply over rule district courts decisions because they would have decided it differently. That is not the legal standard used in these cases. They only over rule due to GROSS ERROR. I feel sorry for the remaining shareholders. They are about to have a very rude awakening. The stock will go from half a penny to zero in about a nano second. You will not have time to sell once the decision is rendered. The integrity of the federal court system is at stake and these democrat appointed judges are all in big techs back pocket and committed to ending trolls from being able to extort money. They will send a clear message and finish PTSC for good my friends. Please save UR selves and sell at the first opportunity tomorrow. The female judge killed your case by noting that in the initial arguments U made to the patent examiner when trying to overcome the magar prior art you made a broad disavowal of patent scope even though she did not feel you had to but that did not matter to her or the law it was done none the less. She felt that finished your case. She said it was the "death knell" to your case. PTSCs own lawyer agreed and said he would not have wanted to be the lawyer that did that. That is all that is needed to finish you off. Moore's own lawyers sunk the case many years ago in the initial attempt to ward off the USPTOs claims of Magar being prior art. The female appeals court judge even implied you are finished by saying at the end that she did not want leave on a really bad not without giving PTSCs lawyer a chance to have a last statement. Unfortunately he was somehow not able to articulate the whole case is based on GENERATING THE CLOCKING SIGNAL! A total fool who could not think on his feet. Sad. He was a sputtering fool at that.
