The female judge killed your case by noting that in the initial arguments U made to the patent examiner when trying to overcome the magar prior art you made a broad disavowal of patent scope even though she did not feel you had to but that did not matter to her or the law it was done none the less. She felt that finished your case. She said it was the "death knell" to your case. PTSCs own lawyer agreed and said he would not have wanted to be the lawyer that did that. That is all that is needed to finish you off. Moore's own lawyers sunk the case many years ago in the initial attempt to ward off the USPTOs claims of Magar being prior art.
