My guess is that it's a warning for people that are in the "know" about the merger not to trade on information not made public yet! And that the news will be coming very soon!

Hold on.

That warning usually means the company is "Dark", as in no longer reporting to the SEC. Some other tickers are the same.

This may makes sense because we have a Reverse Merger on the Way. That, coupled with the Nevada filings being updated means we are getting close.
