These share will come out of A/S 5 Billion treasury. But the executives will have to purchase them at .0625 each. They pay for them not you or I. The only way they are going to buy them is if the share price is much more than .0625 Feb 2017.

The expectation is that the price will be far above .0625 on Feb 2017 suggesting SFOR is going to deliver a KNOCK OUT Q4.
