They have always wanted to keep RM low-profile, as per 8K. I think they could release SEC news about name change and RS after hours on Wednesday or Friday. That would help keep it under the radar. Once name change and RS are complete only then will they advertise new public company to general investing public. IMHO

Pixelmags is a NASDAQ bound stock they will not wait to release news after holidays like other penny stocks would.
