This is a great post .... HOWEVER you can find Caprinos name if you check the box for "inactive officers"

it shows caprino as "historical" ceo.

I noticed this yesterday... but i want familiar with who's who yet.

The updating of The Neveda SOS on Monday (11/21/16) was by far the most compelling evidence that this merger has been progressing behind the scenes as per extremely detailed 8K of May 23. The Neveda SOS site had also been updated on May 25th with the 10/1 reduction in AS as indicated would happen in the 8K.

Now on Monday the site was updated with new officers list and status changed from DEFAULT to ACTIVE with a completely new list of officers. Again just like the 8K foretold. The fact that they waited this long to finally take this step leads me to believe that all ending merger details have been completed and we are about to see the necessary FINRA and SEC paperwork now at anytime. IMHO
