Who knows? PHOT could go up. With many focused on new record highs for the 3 major exchanges, the pump/dumps for this sector may not be getting as much energy right now.
The fed may try to put a damper on exuberance soon, so focus may shift again to the boated MJ sector.
Me hopes that the soon-to-be chief law enforcement under the heil Trump administration does not try to penalize/imprison every company and individual breaking federal law. There is a lot of uncertainty and fear surrounding what might happen to the industry after Jan 20th.
