It's trading as OMHE on Quotestream. It usually takes some brokerages several days to process a name change. Some people may not be able to trade during that time. If it takes a few days for us to see the financials and get more news it will give more people time to get access to their trading systems. You may be able to buy using the OMHE symbol but won't be able to sell your old VTCQ shares until the change is processed by your brokerage.
The reference to discontinued operations probably refers to the Vitacig product line since the company was still selling Vitacig through most of the first quarter.
