From a micro perspective the SS structure in incredible, no dilution in 18 months give or take, no debit financing, clean shell, shells are going to get hot IMHO, no front end loading here so when a run does take off its going to be for real IMHO and we know from experience somebody always knows something. No sellers to speak of. This SS is the kind you can lock up pretty easily. I think it may be locked up already based on the tightness of the stock for such long period of time. This is the type of stock you set your sell orders high and let her run and keep moving those sell orders up as it ascends.
From a macro perspective the overall markets in penny land are trending up, excitement about new administration and improving economy, r/m activity will most definitely pick up all big positives for a shell with an incredible SS sitting at lows for over a year.
IMHO the PPS could easily move up from these incredible lows substantially to base with no news. Any news of RM or new direction could easily send this higher than anyone could realize.
No major selling down here in quite some time and with the pickup in pennies not sure why anyone would with the potential here both short and long term.
I sat patient in another recent runner since September. Big momentum has kicked in now not sure how high it can go. Oh and no news from the company in this case either. News hits and Boom! Doesn't have near the SS this stock has and that stock was heavily front end loaded.
In the Wild West of pennies you never know. You take your experience and make your call.
I like our chances here, just requires patience.
You can't wait to long though. This is the type of stock that you could leave to lunch and come back up 200%. I gotta feeling these shares wont be this cheap much longer.
