Pump and dumps don't care about current shareholders. Their goal is to make quick cash and split. So, 'reverse splits deterring future investors from joining in' aren't a concern, since the strategy has nothing to do with long-term viability, and everything to do with short-term gain (the definition of a scam).

As I've said before, I hold EGOH shares, bought when the acquisition of Pure Mobility was announced (but before the extra dilution was made public), so I wish EGOH was on the up-and-up. But so far, nothing about the new regime gives me confidence in anything other than the likelihood of a major pump, which may enable me to get out.

Side note: excluding Investorshub posts, I still cannot find anything (via google) that links Ken Williams of EGOH with Ken Williams of MDCN. Ken Williams of EGOH is 'history free.'
