How does that make a difference in what we are waiting for. Neither you nor Biel's CEO make a difference right now. So What we are waiting for is something in the hands of the government:
a. Initial Judge Decision b. FDA OTC clearance. They have all the information needed to make their decisions. Worst case scenario Knee and Foot Actipatch OTC. Best Case Scenario add back pain to the equation.
