oH BTW newgold.....the injunction says NOBODY can ENTER INTO A AGREEMENT for the property.....so it does not matter if it is done or not....as soon as the agreement was signed between JL/MSX the "injunction" was broken.

Sliver Wheaties had a clause written in the agreement to dodge the Injunction by having Barrick deliver Silver from their other mines to compensate for the $625,000,000.00 lent

The BCSC were complicit in this arrangement!
