Yes the injunction was in place but that deal is not done and you know that because you keep commenting on the infamous option agreement. So being that it is still a work in progress it might not have any bearing at this point. But well the BCSC now that is a different story now isnt it. They are really out on a limb on this one. Yes I would say that they are in a huge pile of do do.

The BCSC does not recognize the C1912-2001 Chile Legal Injunction in any way shape or form.
That is why they allowed Barrick to make every claim of ownership thus far as well as allowed transactions based on the Barrick's ownership claims. The same claims that were affected by the injunction in the first place.

You can't have it both ways YKR.

If you contacted the BCSC and pointed out this little matter they should have turned you away as their position is pretty clear Barrick can do whatever they want and we the BCSC will support them in any and all lies, fraud and corruption.

I wouldn't be surprised if some high level calls were made and suspicious documents will appear next week fresh off the printing press showing CMN as complete owners of the properties in play. These of course will be treated to appear as original dated documents, likely passed a time or two in Lagos' washing machine on high rev "spin" cycle!

If the BCSC is to now recognize the Injunction they have major splaining a coming.

The entire sordid mess will likely fall out next week when the courts finally take some sort of position on the very complicated legal mess.
