Joepep, why would you in your last post to MakeAfuss say "I want to make my investment profitable, same as you.", but you are making phone calls to the SEC and providing them notes,etc on CDNL so that they can bring CDNL down???

So you want CDNL to succeed but also want them to fail -- makes sense to me.

As for being aware of delinquent filings, everyone is aware of that! It seems you are now backing off from your earlier statement about them being investigated by the SEC. Now you say he is merely passing along the information you are giving him to SEC enforcement, which is a far cry from what you said before. You need to clarify exactly what he said! TIA - Cheers!
