IMO, the key at this point is not so much whether WE learn from Wave's history of slow progress through trial and error, but whether Wave's team has learned along the way to be more effective in reaching their objectives.
You would have hoped they have learned something. For the 205.5 million they have spent we could have sent them all to Harvard, twice.....CL Actually 205/130 employees=1.5 million each we have spent for every employee. They better have gotten real smart.
