I thought of that, who really knows - everything TPAC-related appears to be smoke and mirrors with a side case of attention deficit disorder.

The SEC generally works in very slow and deliberate ways - they don't take kindly to suggestions they have "SEC officers" looking at trading platforms though, if indeed they are doing no such thing.
