If DCVax-L Phase 3 is a failure, why would anyone wasting time and money to develop further with such a failed drug? They know something more that we know.

Your response to this question is exactly why they would start another trial without releasing the results of the L trial. To keep the trials going consecutively in order to never have to release results. This could go on for another decade except for the fact that the funding will eventually dry up and then BANKRUPTCY for NWBO and business as usual for Cognate.
