With 1000's of OTCBB scams the SEC does not have the time nor the resources to investigate. These scammers know that and are continually taking advantage of the small penny stocks investors lack of knowledge of how the market works. This is evidenced on every penny stock board by the comments like, MM's taking it up, MM's playing games, shorts...etc. etc.
