Do you have any proof that they (IDCC BOD) are indeed trading on the open market or under the market by way of insider info ??? If so please show us the "facts." I will be the first to call my lawyer and start the Law Suit. If not I might still call my Lawyer. LOL

That is a VERY serious accusation of fraudulent activities on the part of insiders. Why would you stay invested in a company where you believe the insiders would so openly violate insider trading laws? If they would do that then it is a very short leap to consistently misleading investors with false positive information ala Enron, etc. Those investors lost their shirts. Why are you willing to take such a risk in a company where you believe similar behavior is being exhibited?
