I might be going out on a limb here but i think they mean they are no longer covering SPCL... ok I'm just having a little fun here, gonna need an expert like Art to give a real answer and he's probably asleep dreaming about his new yacht he's about to buy, i would imagine this is yet another large piece of the puzzle fitting together with the pieces we are getting daily now, and SPCL has been dropped because it is no longer necessary to perform for them. This is nearly complete and ready for the "Big News" is how i interpret the latest group of events outlined by DollarTIME. We are days, maybe hours away from the one big RM final news we've all been waiting for. All my opinion.

Skizzle, Neo,,, MSCI is a stock analyst!

"MSCI Inc. is a provider of investment decision support tools including indices and portfolio risk and performance analytics for use by institutions,,,"

They used to cover SPCL. They dropped coverage because for all intents & purposes SPCL is no longer a company. The ticker is a shell. The implication is we're getting closer as PixelMags gets ready for launch.

Then MSCI can provide coverage for PIXL like "STRONG BUY"
