AEGY was a scam from the start. So was Pharmajanes, which NEVER was a part of AEGY. AEGY never paid I-Equity, so it never was acquired by AEGY.

Now AEGY has been dissolved by Florida and is no longer a company.

It is currently part of an SEC investigation, though, which might include former management of the defunct company.
