I don't think Larry can issue any news until the 10-Q is filled, or maybe that is just a standard in the industry. That is if he had any significant news. He has been hard at work applying for funding and grants on many fronts, and those are pending, but that is not news. At least not until they land another grant or deal. Right now it is all about waiting for cheap shares to fill our Christmas stockings with for next years huge rally.

Have the wife call MVTG CEO/LARRY.

.....I'm frustrated with the lack of information along with everyone else. I don't need to read anymore articles about how great Mantra is, my wife was part of the company in the beginning.........

To answer your question, IMHO

, so what is the hold up and how do we move this company forward.

The delay in Alstom selling to GE, the restructuring of Alstom's personnel after the sale to GE, and the prioritizing of projects acquired by GE.

Nov 27 2014 Mantra presents with Michal T. Bialkowsk from GE, Michal has been assigned.

Correction and addition to previous post.

Bialkowsk from GE, Michal has been reassigned (the same Alstom employee that signed Alstom/Mantra agreement).

May 2016 Ulrich Koss of GE Power (he obtain the position November 2014), Made presentation referring Mantra being part of GE CCU portfolio, Koss as of August 2016 no longer with GE.

Jan 13, 2016, "Following its partial takeover by General Electric (GE), the energy and transport company Alstom will axe 1,300 jobs in Switzerland."

Mantra 10k, In November, 2015 Alstom was acquired by General Electric Corporation, resulting in a restructuring of Alstom (Switzerland) Ltd.’s management and operations. As at the date of this report our agreement with Alstom remains effective, and we are awaiting approval from Alstom’s new management to continue with the Lafarge pilot project.

That the reason for the delay, IMHO, as far as moving the company forward in regard to ERC that in GE's hands at the moment not Mantra's.

And since GE has the power of what news can be released per the Alstom/Mantra agreement, Mantra remains silence.
