Hi RB, in IVDN's case they have already been selling the product for some time and it has been doing very well by the customer reviews. If you read the news issued here last week it also says the FTC complaint was apparently instigated at the behest of a competitor. That is another indication that IVDN does have the superior product and it was "bothering" the competition. Fortunately, IVDN management does have all the scientific testing data to back up their advertised specifications and this should put an end to the issue.
