We all know day traders are just playing on price action. this will go up and down between .24 - .32.. till fluticare is approved... Looks like non operating expenses are shaking out the weak ones out as well. It's a non cash transaction but i guess people have no clue. Especially people who trades OTC. They don;t have a full knowledge of a financial statement.
