That is the REAL threat here...the SEC can pull the trigger at ANYTIME..their timetable not ours which makes me nervous!

That is 100% incorrect! I spoke directly to someone from the SEC and they said they would NEVER comment about ANY action or actions they may or may not take against ANY company, since it is against their policy to ever do so! Anyone is free to do the same to hear for themselves what the SEC says regarding this issue. Cheers!

neither I or the S.E.C. said it would be immediate. What he said was "We are aware of Cardinal Resources delinquency and they are on our watch list. We will take actionif thyey do not file soon" That's all. Nothing more.

Ya right! Call the SEC and try to get somebody on the phone who's qualified to make a comment like. Ridiculous!!

Could you please provide the name of the person you spoke with from the SEC who provided you with this information and on what date? Even a first name would be sufficient, as they could easily figure out who told you this, which is against their policy to do so. I'm just trying to verify what you say you were told by the SEC, because according to them, THE SEC NEVER EVER MAKES ANY COMMENTS ABOUT WHAT ACTION THAT MAY CONSIDER TAKING AGAINST A COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! I would really like to get to the bottom of this, since it would greatly affect CDNL and its shareholders, if proven to be true. Cheers!
