That is from the recent update about the China "deal". Is that what you mean by the money being in escrow? Are you saying that the $1.1 million was never truly released for CDNL's use? If so, that would directly contradict what many have been saying here.
Even today it was said that "They have received $1.13 million to date and zeroing in on an additional milestone payment with this new Redbird delivery and installation."
Received, but not really received? Paid, but not available?
Hmmm.....lack of financials really makes it tough to know what these jokers are doing. And today marks yet another delinquent filing.
I wonder how the Cameroon contract will play "IF" and I stress "IF" everything is signed off on...will the Chinese Mass produce the units needed? My understanding is that the Chinese want Kevin to step down as the CEO...NOT LEAVE THE COMPANY...just step out of the way from running the day-to-day. That is why they are withholding the money....is that what you are hearing? Could you blame the Chinese for this...Kevin is a TOTAL disaster running a company?
Obviously borrowing a few K from a long time shareholder to write something we've yet to see, reflects the stringency CDNL must exercise to survive day to day
It is quite puzzling that this is being thrown around as a fact. It goes to show the boiler room tactics.

@Sillylung13 There was a conventional loan offered by a long term investor. We appreciated the offer but declined to take the loan. 0 replies 2 retweets 5 likes
