Yes flipper, but it was not previously disclosed that NASDAQ gave them 2 weeks instead of 45 days because they had issues with multiple violations and NWBO internal controls.

EDIT: They also acknowledged they do not meet the requirements for an extension of the $1 issue Dec 21 even with a RS.
