Without RS, no up listing. RS is crucial, desirable, and I welcome it with open arms. Not everything is black and white.

Do you know the reason behind their RS? They don't want to be in OTC listing and get manipulated like any other OTC stock.

$10 per share after RS, I don't see why not RS for the company with over $50M revenue.

Not necessarily, I was involved in one a few years back and instantly made nearly $1000.00 profit on a $75.00 buy.
