No Q till public. The calculation you're thinking of would be after RM, but before RS.

Until they're a public company they would give no guidance.

All I was saying is we may see a momentum run to .30 if we get news before the RS

After both reverse merger & a conservative reverse split PixelMags, Oringer & company would then work on attracting institutions like Oringer did with Shutterstock. By 2020 you will be astonished at what this thing is worth! Hope that helps.
