There is not one word anywhere, court wise, public recorded wise, newspapers or in business publications that state the Boom Bros were removed for cause or interference. The one and only reason they were removed is because they were exposing Walthers' malfeasance as IFUS CEO.

Again, one can call Adelsteins attempts to recover money he lent IFUS as interference all day long. But, neither common sense or legal reasoning labels a mans attempts to legally recover stolen property as interference or unjust in any way.

Walthers is the one who misused the funds. Walthers is the one who refused to make payment. Walthers is the one that has left the company and its shareholders saddled with a $500,000.00 debt increasing at the rate of 18% each year. Walthers is the one who left the shareholders with no patent because he diverted funds designated for patent fees to his own personal use.
