Amazing spin. But, what can we expect from a penny CEO but to call an attempt by a creditor to collect money owed to him as "interference." Put that in the same category as the thief who complains that the Cops continually "interfere" with his right to make a living.
None of this would have been necessary if MW had simply paid back the money he borrowed as agreed. None of it can be laid at the feet of anyone but Marc Walthers, the cabal and the Windsor crime family.
BTW, the shareholders i talk to blame MW and others, but not the "Boom Bros." They have legal rights.
