So, let me get this straight. You believe that you can accurately guess the sales that are occurring by watching the plant operate.

From that, you can deduce what about operating costs? Finance carrying charges? The number of notes, etc?

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to provide the board with a P & L statement.

A list of all liabilities, too.

And, of course, a 5 year projection.
