I don't believe WMIH SP has to do with a resolution to the estate. Forward looking investors and funds will weigh the value of WMIH for its merits and growth and not that of the contribution the estate may make at some point. Something must happen before KKR can short and time is running out combined with a floor price and moving day average which just happened to be reached today....Conversion in order to maximize their shares and strategic selling to bring price down and be under the radar with regards to ownership limits in order to not trigger an ownership change....BWTFDIK
