Agreed. I'm also speculating that some patients switched to the mono. Hence the switch in data time points. Also, with the difficulty seen obtaining patent on the combo therapies. I believe they would focus on the mono more.

We are already better than the soc. Safer and more peripheral benefits. Mood. Etc. if we just stabilize or see less of a decline. We are good to go. Homeostasis!!! Missling loves that word.

It would be great if they presented a graph with mono against historical controls of placebo and donepezil.

Commonly reported side effects of donepezil include: insomnia, diarrhea, and nausea. Other side effects include: fatigue, vomiting, muscle cramps, weight loss, anorexia, and ecchymoses. See below for a comprehensive list of adverse effects.
