GOOD RECEIPT /Executive order #1 proposal...Thou shalt

Not impede, try to impede, or

influence impeding any public

road from free flowing traffic

flow that connects to or leads

to any public road that has

a retail selling establishment

that collects Federal Tax from

the sale of Gasoline, Diesel Fuel,

Tobacco, or Alcoholic beverages...


And it is deemed necessary that

States and Local Governments have

full power of enforcement to

this Executive Order also if the

public road leads to a similar

retail establishment that may

also collect State or Local

Taxes on above listed items...


Free flowing travel is to be

the goal for all U.S., State,

or Local Taxpayers without

any provocative impeding of

travel to be Tolerated...


Permitted Exception by a Federal,

State, or Local Permit granted

for a Specific Time Frame shall

be considered as acceptable to

waiver prosecution for violation

of this Executive Order...


And this Executive Order is to

pass to Congress and Senate for

review and passage to acceptable

Law Statute within 3 years...

Common Sense tells you not

But it appears that the time

has come when some just have

to have some Common Sense

legislated for them...LJ
