What is there to complain about? Everything appears to be fully disclosed here in the filings.

People ought to read those things and understand what they are getting into when they "invest" in a penny stock.

Everything appears to be disclosed, except the promoters, of course.

Folks basically ignore Section 17(b) nowadays. Not wise at all.
