Regulations? What regulations? Whose regulations?

IFUS is an OTC non-reporting issue since 2009. They submit filings to the OTC and if their payments are up to date, they'll post them. If they post enough to become "Current Info" fine. If not, they couldn't care less and they remain "No Info" forever.
