Here we go again with the comparisons... No one's comparing the two companies - they're comparing the process for delisting notice.

The point was, that if a greatly 'trusted', large corporation like Apple can face a delisting notice, it's showing no difference in the consequential significance of the process.

Even in much of the literature concerning SEC investigations, analysts will warn investors to take it with a grain of salt due to it being a procedural process and may not turn up anything negative on the company being investigated. The unfortunate reality is however, that something like that gives fodder to the nay-sayers and bashers and they'll exploit it every chance they get.
