they have an estimated 1.3 trillion barrels of oil in the Canadian sands that cost about $50/barrel to bring to market. There is no doubt in my mind that with sustained prices of greater than $50 dollars/barrel, explorers will start producing those sands more intensely.
The majority of people in this world live in their own world that might replicate your little town in Georgia....about 100 years ago desperately wanting a piece of the 21st century as soon as possible.
