Good DD. If this is it - it explains why it is taking so long for financials. Accounting for multible business under one $LBRG umbrella would not seem like an easy endeavor:

hope it's one or all of the above merging into $LBRG. let's see how it goes.

These could explain the delay.......multiple entities possibly......multiple accounting cycles, etc.

Great DD tdgnts! Adding LBRG at the ask instead of waiting for confirmation. It's not IF it's when which from my conversation with FRACK and others here it's very close. Rather add now than chase it up when the merger is announced. .05 in Sept. will look cheap when the merger is completed.
