Absolutely and unequivocally untrue in every singe way. It is Walthers who betrayed everyone inckuding friends, family, associates, shareholders and vendors.

He has entangled IFUS in countless court cases, resulting in mounting debt ... with significantly more to come. It is he who abandoned the patent by diverting legal funds to his own personal use. It is he who engaged in a scheme to defraud the one lender that went out on a limb to lend IFUS money.

It is he who has now left IFYS on the hook for approx $500,000.00 and growing T $80,000.00
