Dahhhh things that are pending are things that have NOT materialized therefore has a pretty good chance with this company based on the past performance as NOT happening. I been here since 2004 and still waiting for the things Steipp said would happen to happen.
Bottom line is share price is $,1625 and no one not even a unicorn is backing up the truck or loading the boat. Like everyone else there is that certain amount of uncertainty that keeps them from pushing that BUY button like the rest of us. So they sit and watch... and watch... and wait....
