1. Why would you have a screenshot of that page?

2. The last of any evidence we have is a 112 page 8k that involved at least three different parties (Pixel, VC2 and Solaris). Why waste the time and money? What do you think went (or could have gone) wrong?

3. Some speculative evidence: Solaris removed their Management, Product info, and other pages from their website back in July. There used to be a menu in the top right corner (I posted about this a few weeks ago. You can check out an archived version of that site on the internet wayback machine). If the merger fell through, wouldn't they be back in business and put those pages back on their site?
