I think the end product will change the landscape for QD. Once the correct parameters are met without Cadmium what choice will you have as a company moving forward. The writing is on the wall.

Caught them off guard yet they had tech ready to go to license to Samsung? Ha ok, guess there is no denying it. Hartlove has stated that the only thing that "caught them off guard" was that Samsung wanted them to mass produce it so soon...hence the licensing and Hansol production. They clearly had the tech....

So in the "past few weeks" they made samples that "hold great promise". This just happened to coincide with an interview Sri decided to do (an interview with someone who holds shares in QTMM, therefore would benefit from any publicity the company gets)? What have they been working on since 2013 then? How about in 2014 when the stock was at 0.34? What you're basically saying is that they spent the last 3 years trying to play catch-up with other companies in terms of cadmium (and let's be honest they never did catch up)? And NOW they're starting to improve Cd-free dots? Yes, Nanoco hasn't sold much, but they had a demo with LG at least so I'll give them credit for that. Let's see a demo from QMC rather than another fluff interview....
