Bad time to buy
No investor should jump on out of fear of paying a higher price. There are a lot of opportunities to buy a stock after milestones are met that give a good price and less risk.
I'll say this, I highly doubt that Baltia is getting a plane from Kalitta, that doesn't sound like a Kalitta move. Connie likes projects, my guess is the new company will have to be able to support itself. Also keep in mind, Kalitta is cargo, not really cost effective to take a cargo hauler and re fit it for passengers
The recapitalization is the big if. They very well could wipe Commons out. This should be a stock that's avoided until after some big questions are answered
