I'm meh on the Connie connection. I've been to Willow Run. I've seen Kattia's hangar and the Baltia's plane. They are in the same place. Kattia agreed to allow a maintenance lien on the plane. Over a million dollars lien involvement.

At the end of the day, BLTA still could not get the chutes to open - even with Kattia's maintenance crew supervising / doing work. Baltia has been working with Kattia ever since 90s.

Its been super obvious that BLTA didn't get anything done this year. Now, all of a sudden BLTA is changing the name and has a new board of director. It is my opinion that Connie was involved already before.. He had to be. they are in the same hangar.. The R/S will wipe out commons as usual OTC penny play does. I'm bitter because nothing has been done for 1.5 years.

If we lease a plane will the company have to go thru all three phases of certification again?
