Well i believe 3 yrs is too much and will be viewed as a waste of time by the courts and warranty the full anger of the judge....way i see it it could be very close and Kay's opening of new cases is testimony to that JMHO instead of starting the court cases have just ended!! JMHO ZPAUL...IF YOU HAVE TIME PLEASE CRITIC THIS POINT OF VEIW
